My work has been published in literary journals such as 3Elements Literary Review and Calyx Press, awarded in competitions like Indy Week’s Annual Poetry Contest, performed and recorded in collaboration with musical projects such as The Dwindlers and shown as assemblage or installation in galleries like Gallery 312 Chicago. I have a Bachelor's in Secondary English Education from the University of South Florida and a Master’s in Interdisciplinary Art from Columbia College Chicago. I also have an eternal case of wanderlust, or as the Germans call it, Fernweh, an addiction to coffee, a proclivity to bike or wander in the woods alone and the tendency to prefer cats to humans.
